World Spa & Wellness Awards 2020

Fifteen global spa operators were crowned winners of the World Spa & Wellness Awards 2020, on November 16, during a live-streamed virtual event. The prestigious awards ceremony, which for the first time was held virtually due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, saw spa professionals from across the world tune in to celebrate excellence within the industry.

“There’s no denying that it has been a tough year for many of us, and it is my absolute pleasure to celebrate the achievements, the passion and the human spirit of all the people working in the spa and wellness business around the world,” said Mark Moloney, Managing Director, Professional Beauty Group. The awards recognise and celebrate the best hotel, resort and destination spas around the world who provide excellent care, standards of service and treatment delivery.
