Salon International is back and here to stay!

The event in London, at the heart of the professional hairdressing industry, made its long-awaited grand return and the response was unanimous – it felt great to be back!

Over the course of three days, Salon International took over ExCeL London to reunite the hair industry.

We celebrated what we love so much about our industry and discovered the new trends and ideas had developed after two difficult years apart.

With approximately 24,000 hair professionals entering the doors of Salon International on 16-18 October, the show was jam-packed with live demos, educational sessions, hairdressing competitions and ample shopping opportunities for the latest salon musthaves. The atmosphere was electric, and with visitors travelling far and wide from over 32 different countries, they were all connected by the shared passion for hair and all that the industry stands for.

Salon Seminars saw the return of hair icons Mahogany, Patrick Cameron, Toni&Guy and Sassoon Academy all took to the stage to present their latest collections in innovative and exciting sessions throughout the day.

HJ’s Extensions Competition, sponsored by Remi Cachet and Barber Clash, brought to you by Modern Barber Magazine and Mike Taylor Education, highlighted the best talent in the industry as they battled it out to win coveted prizes in their fields, live on the show floor.

All of the brands exhibiting delivered awe-inspiring stands, with notable mentions going to Andis, Artero UK, Denman International, Directions Hair Colour, Dowa International, Diva Pro Styling, Dyson, Wahl, Zen Hair Extensions and many more. With lots of stands selling out of products early doors due to unprecedented demand after the pandemic, visitors were queuing for home deliveries for their favourite products at exclusive show discounted prices.
