Its celebratory time as the Professional Beauty & Hairdressers Journal magazine turns 1 in India!

Blink of an eye, and a year passed by! And we are excited to bring to you the first anniversary edition of Professional Beauty Hairdressers Journal India. As we have kept up with the digital times through our e-edition, here’s our very first physical copy of the magazine – offering you a flawless touch, feel and read.

We have not only strengthened our connect with you with this physical copy, but look forward to meeting the industry at The Professional Beauty Show – our first offline event post the pandemic – in Delhi from December 20-21. This is not it, in the New Year 2022, do join us in Bengaluru as well from February 28-March 1; in Mumbai from April 11-12; and once again in Delhi from June 27-28. In what is being called the ‘new normal’, we are going to be thriving in every way – digitally and on-ground – to bring the beauty industry together.

We launched Professional Beauty & Hairdressers Journal in India at a time when the industry was going through wearisome times.

The pandemic and subsequent lockdowns brought businesses to a standstill and most of us muddled, evidently. On our part, we kept interacting with the beauty industry through our live interactions on social media and through the magazine, and it feels no less than an achievement to know that the who’s who of the salon and beauty brands have benefitted from our initiatives.

In this special anniversary edition, read on for exclusive interviews from 19 industry experts – who we have categorised under Legends and Young Guns and listed in alphabetical order – sharing their experiences and perspectives in their area of know-how. It’s also been celebratory having each of them express how the magazine has benefitted them, and their expectations from us.

Our sincere gratitude to all the industry experts – salon owners, makeup artists, hairdressers, skin specialists, et al – and brands for supporting us through the year. This is not just our success, but yours too. As we are all set to welcome the New Year 2022, here’s wishing for successful and good times ahead.
