Kanishka Ramchandani was in search of a solution for her dry and frizzy tresses. Along came 3TenX with a relaxing and effective solution and washed her hair woes away.

The first thing I noticed about 3TenX was its tagline – ‘Real results for real people’. And the second thing was the packaging of its products. With my interest sufficiently piqued, I walked into Bodycraft Salon, Spa and Clinic in Chembur, Mumbai, to meet up with Agnes Chen, National Technical Head, and Suhan Shaikh, Regional Technical Manager, 3TenX. In her professional style, Chen explained to me the concept behind this unique range of haircare products and treatments, while explaining how each product is designed to deliver 3 times the efficacy with the power of 10 key ingredients. There are predominantly two ranges: HydraRevíve and UltimateRevitalize, which are colour coded and designed to specifically meet the needs of dry and chemically-treated hair respectively.

The combination of shampoo and conditioner for each range is crafted to snugly fit with each other. Such attention to detail is for the benefit of the hairdresser as it makes their job with consultation and backwash easier. A mask and a booster, which is an in-salon product, completes the ranges.

Key ingredients across the product lines include Moroccan argan oil, vitamin E, omega-3 and 9 fatty acids, organic biotin essence and more, aimed at providing nourishment and hydration for healthy hair. Created by Aankith and Megha Arora and their team at Streamline Beauty Services, 3TENX is built on authenticity, transparency and individuality, offering science-based haircare products.

3TenX also has a luxurious ace up its sleeve – the UltimateRevitalize Caviar Infusion. Along with the Nourishing Hair Serum and Hydrating Frizz Fixer Cream, it adds to the indulgence of a 3TenX treatment. For my experiential, Chen created a customised treatment that included the caviar infusion, a relaxing massage, deep hydration for my tresses, thanks to the 3TenX mask, and a round of the frizz fixer cream. With a straight blow dry that left my hair looking healthy, silky and bouncy, I couldn’t help but admire the difference a single treatment of HydraRevíve by 3TenX made to my crowning glory. The results lasted for a little over a week, which is a feat given the humidity and pollution of Mumbai. I am looking forward to a follow-up session with 3TenX. It can’t get more ‘real’ than this.
