Consistently breaking records and setting milestones, Professional Beauty India Delhi 2024 once again united industry professionals, artists, salon owners, brands and distributors in a two-day extravaganza of sourcing, networking and learning.

3 TenX Presents Professional Beauty India, powered by Ikonic Professional, successfully delivered its 28th edition in the capital. This two-day event, at Pragati Maidan Delhi, which helped the Indian hair and beauty industry to elevate to newer heights, has recorded 16,401 professional visitors hailing from across Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan as well as Nepal and Bangladesh.

Here are the key highlights of the show connecting ‘heart-to-heart’ with the Indian hair and beauty industry.

NEW IDEAS, NEW AVENUES

Taking its legacy of knowledge sharing several notches higher, Professional Beauty India – Delhi 2024 witnessed two new avenues of learning, curated exclusively for the aspiring beauty professional.

1. Colour Pod: A revolutionary idea that is bound to change the game of colouration in India, Colour Pod offered colour education from top brands and colourists. Colouration processes were shown live in the Colour Pod arena, where visitors had direct access to the educators and brands such as Streax Professionals, Wella Professionals, Colorica and Proads. Models showcasing the finished colour looks walked the ramp at the end of each session, which was expertly moderated by Nidhi Aggarwal, Senior educator, Absolute Beauty Concept.

2. The Platform: A new stage and the beginning of a new chapter – that’s what The Platform was all about. Driven by the editorial team of Professional Beauty x Hairdressers Journal India, The Platform gave independent artists an opportunity to showcase their talent. Look and learn sessions for latest trends and techniques across the hair, skin, makeup and nail segments were the order of the day at The Platform. Artists such as Amit Tonk, Gautam Bali, Bhumika Bahl, Gurpreet Seble, Disha Meher, Manisha Chopra and many more showcased their expertise here.

Another ‘new’ at the Expo addressed the most important pain point of the salon industry – staff hiring. Kohot Job Fair made its debut at the Expo providing salon owners with the opportunity to connect with beauty professionals oneon-one. Participants also got to understand the use of the Kohot job search app, a unique digital platform curated by Professional Beauty India.

HOT ‘N’ HAPPENING BESTSELLERS

Professional Beauty India is known for its demo stages as they make hair and beauty education more accessible. At Delhi, the audience excitement at the HJ Hair Stage and the PB Beauty Stage was amplified due to the electrifying per formances of our artists. Professional Beauty India Delhi also witnessed mesmerising looks by Wella Professional ambassadors from their Koleston Per fect Me+ range. Wella Passionistas such as Elton Steve, Placid Braganza, Natasha Naegamwala, Nikhil Sharma, Rohan Patel and Nandani D’Rozario showcased amazing looks at the grand finale on the HJ Hair Stage.

Business practices that empower entrepreneurs was the hot topic at this edition’s Salon Management Congress.
