Anushka Sen is the new face for Lotus Herbals White Glow
Lotus Herbals has unveiled a new social media campaign featuring actor and influencer Anushka Sen to promote its White Glow 3 in 1 Deep Cleansing Facial Foam. As the face of Lotus White Glow, Anushka stars in a dynamic digital video commercial (DVC). The DVC will run across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The campaign highlights the facial foam’s potent ingredients - aloe vera, milk enzymes and alpha arbutin.
To maximise visibility, the campaign will leverage Anushka Sen’s significant social media presence. In addition to digital promotion, Lotus Herbals will boost the campaign through in-store branding and point-of-purchase materials. This includes banners, danglers, table-tops, and posters across retail channels.
Let’s Get Ugly is now online
The sister duo behind Kohl Kreatives, Trishna and Disha Daswaney, have launched a new podcast ‘Let’s Get Ugly’. With this, they are all set to offer the audience an auditory treat with raw, hilarious, and honest conversations around the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle segments.
With their new podcast, they are all set to debunk myths and challenge the existing societal beauty norms by sharing their personal experiences and understandings from their careers as industry experts. Each episode from the podcast delves into a wide variety of topics. These range from Botox confessions to diversity and inclusion; and, there are no filters or sugar-coating involved.

LTA School of Beauty honours CIDESCO graduates
On the 12th of August 2024, LTA School of Beauty, India’s most respected international beauty academy, hosted a grand Felicitation and Graduation Ceremony. The event honoured the success and contributions of their CIDESCO graduates. It underscored how these graduates have significantly elevated the professional standards of beauty services. Meet Yianni Tsapatori, the new creative director of Godrej Professional

Dermalogica PROSkin Masters announced
Dermalogica India wrapped up the 5th edition of PROSkin Masters 2024, aimed at finding the best skin therapist in the country. The annual competition evaluates its contestants to test their skill, knowledge, and expertise, ultimately to find the best in the nation. The event took place at the Unilever campus in Mumbai on August 19, 2024.
The jury panel included Heather Hickman, Global Vice President (Education) at Dermalogica, Dr Madhuri Agarwal, founder and Medical Director of Yavana Aesthetics, and Dr Zubin Mandlewala.
After evaluation of 2,500 contestants representing more than 1,000 salons across India, 15 finalists came to light, who then competed at the finale. In a fierce competition, Nabina Adhikari from Lakme Salon, Lucknow, emerged as the winner. She won the title of ‘Best Skin Therapist of India 2024’. Along with the trophy, she received a cash prize of ₹1 lakh and a 3-day educational trip to the Dermalogica Centre in Leatherhead, London. Sudipta Mondal from Lakme Salon, Kolkata was the 1st runner-up. Shubhangi Jadhav from Envi Salon and Spa, Mumbai emerged as the 2nd runners-up.
