Solastaa Salon, in a heartwarming initiative, pampered the children from Aadharvad Charitable Trust with love, care and grooming!
This Children’s Day, Solastaa Salon, known for its luxury services, opened its doors to a group of children from Aadharvad Charitable Trust, Kalyan. The team, wanted to make the day memorable for these kids, many of whom had never experienced such care before. Offering them services such as a hair wash and haircut, the salon aimed to spread joy and make the children feel truly cherished.
Sanna Jounkani, Co-Founder and Marketing Director, and Drishti Ramchandani, Co-Founder and Sales Director, spearheaded the initiative, ensuring every child felt comfortable and welcomed. Jounkani focused on creating a vibrant atmosphere, while Ramchandani managed the in-salon activities.
Kid-friendly products were used for the pampering session, along with treats like chocolates and snacks. The thoughtful approach resulted in an experience filled with smiles, laughter and lasting memories.
The children’s excitement was palpable. For some, it was their first visit to a luxury salon, and their joy was infectious. A young girl, thrilled with her painted nails, couldn’t stop admiring them, while another beamed after her hair was straightened. One boy proudly exclaimed in Marathi, “I look like a hero!” These heartfelt moments reinforced the salon’s belief in the transformative power of kindness. Karan Jounkani, Co-Founder and CEO, was also present at the occasion.
Solastaa Salon places a strong emphasis on the idea that true beauty stems from kindness, connection, and giving back to the community. The salon sees itself as more than just a provider of grooming services—it’s a space for fostering joy and meaningful connections. By hosting events like these, the salon seeks to create moments that make individuals feel valued and special.
LOOKING AHEAD
Solastaa Salon is committed to continuing its efforts in community outreach through its quarterly programmes. Inspired by the success of their recent initiative, the salon plans to extend similar care to other groups in need. Their future efforts include creating special experiences for community helpers such as doctors, firefighters, traffic police, school teachers and police officers, acknowledging their tireless work.
The salon also intends to focus on reaching specially-abled individuals, including those who are deaf, visually impaired or physically challenged, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Additionally, Solastaa is dedicated to fostering inclusivity by creating safe and respectful spaces for the transgender community.
Solastaa Salon’s previous initiatives have included recognising and bringing joy to traffic police, school teachers and police officers as part of their ongoing social responsibility programmes. The salon remains enthusiastic about continuing its journey of making meaningful contributions, ensuring every initiative creates moments of connection, care and joy.
